I'm back from the mountains. We spent the long weekend in Highlands/Cashiers, NC with our dearest friends and had a blast. Beautiful weather, good food, great company....what more could anyone ask for? A sales lady in one of the stores was talking about the "Healthy Chocolate" diet. She said it is Swiss chocolate and three bars are only 100 calories, it contains vitamins and curbs appetite. I tried to google it, but could not find anything similar to that. If anyone has heard about this, I want to know! Her friend lost 24 pounds in a few weeks. Of course, knowing me, I would eat like a pig and then eat all the chocolate too!!!???? One of the google sites was pretty funny, it refers to ORAC as a brand I think. Says it stands for "Orgasmic Reactions Around Chocolate"!!!!!
